26/10/2024. Draft at beerkichi, Fukuoka. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma is husky, white grape, gooseberry, green mango, citrus, pomelo. Medium sweetness, quite heavy bitterness. Full bodied, smooth, average carbonation. Great long bitter finish. Excellent.

liquid autumn color. A almost non existent nose with some light apricot notes. Medium body, medium bitterness, but feel the dry hopping took away from the malt character. It’s well balanced but over all feels disjointed

Light golden color. Super clean crisp palate. Passionfruit jumps out on this one. Super dry, fairly bitter. This is almost too dry, it has a bit of a rough malt finish but good beer to match the fried food I am having so can’t complain too much.

medium dark amber color. Cherries and stewed oranges in the nose with a touch of alcohol. Medium full body, slightly warming, but not a ton of depth. Pretty nice, but not amazing
