A hazed milky yellow DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, loads of tropical fruits, lychee, light alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at iiiie.

It’s a shame we don’t get more inkhorn beers down in Kansai. Inkhorn x Godspeed Hakucho Neon Pils 5% Crystal clear gold with 1cm of foam and a spicy herbal hop aroma. Medium to light bodied but ultra-crisp and smooth. The taste is quite hoppy, floral and with herbal noble hops spicy notes and a citrusy zest in the finish. I’ve gotta say this is one of those rare instances where the beer tastes just like the label description. Great pils.
