Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Nose has an indistinct fruitiness and a dusty touch. Medium body, somewhat sweet fruitiness and again this dusty nose. Very subdued bitterness. To those who just want an ale with no bitterness. 170322

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a thick and lacing, beige head with good retention. Gluey aroma, some oak and a vague roastiness. Medium body, sweet roast and licorice, a hint of vanilla. Heavy tannin oakiness and again these glue accents you often get from an old and contaminated barrel (unless only oak chips were used?). Far from undrinkable, but I don't think the barrel or the chips do the base beer anything good. 030222

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Odd baking yeast aroma, some sulphur? Medium body, lactic acid and baking yeast. I guess it's a stab at a clean Berliner Weisse that just didn't really hit the board.... 030222

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a lacing, white head. Nowhere even close to a hazy IPA in the looks! Citrusy nose, some slightly sharp dankness underneath. Medium body, really soft on the palate, vague tropical hop accents, lowish carbonation and a slight bitterness. 030222

brygget 2020-10-16 bedst fΓΈr 2021-10-16 rated 2022-1-25 Sorry about that, Seriously, I haven't had this bottle for a very long time.Let's see how it is. Aroma has an initial citrussy hoppy impression, followed by quite a bit of straw and hay. dry almost nutty non-sweet malty note. home-brew like flowery honey like note. Flavor is grassy, somewhat hoppy but balanced, sweet malty to ordinary malty. enough flavor that the alc. works well and does not show itself, overall a very tasty and balanced ipa, not agressively us west coast style, rather along the lines of a hoppy belgian blonde, but without the belgian yeast. Has aged quite well, hops are a bit old and dusty, but far from gone. I think this is one of my first from this brewery, but I look forward to more. this is sort of traditional danish craft beer, i kind of miss that kind of beer sometimes.
