Fles 75cl thuis. Zacht zuur, droog, licht acidic, licht vineus, wat yeasty, fruitig, wat witte druif, lichte houttoets, wat citrus, wat lemon, steenfruit. (27-4-2025).

Good, rather dense, just off-white head over quite carbonated clear amber beer. Very perfumey, bit pharmaceutical, even sparadrap. White berries. Again sparadrap (Band aid), pharmaceutical. Not even very fruity. Faint caramel, maybe some fruitsugars. Liquorice in the aftertaste. Slick, even a tad sticky, good carbonation. Medium bodied at least. Disappointing, certainly seen what Wilde Brouwers have done before. There is a slight if persistent off-flavour, and nothing to cover it. I did put on JSB, and even Graupner, but that didn't help... Txs to Stef!

An almost black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of liquorice, mid sweet dark malt. Taste of coffee, roasted dark malt, red fruits, herbs, moderate carbonation.

Little cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, yeasty, some alcohol, chemical touch, a bit oxidized, bubble gum, paint thinner, bleh. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body (surprisingly!). Taste: a bit sweet up front, malty, oxidized, earthy, pretty bitter, funky, meh. Aftertaste: bitter, grassy, very yeasty, banana, nope. Not my thing.

Optisch Aprikose, in der Nase Säure, fruchtig, keine Perlen. Im Trunk tartig, dezent sauer, schöne Frucht, saisonig, Weinfass hinten auch schön auszumachen, dadurch im Abgang angenehm Tortenboden, lecker.

Optisch Pfirsich, gute Perlung. In der Nase Trauben, Wein, Holzfass. Im Trunk angenehme Fruchtnoten, man schmeckt auch die Lagerung. Nimmt dem Bier komplett die Säure. Spät leicht tartig. Erinnert hinten an ein Saison. Spannende Choreografie.

Bottle 33 cl. 7.5% abv. Yellow-gold, hazy, white head,. Aroma: cheese from yeast, yellow-gold, hazy, white head. Aroma: sweetish, alcoholic, a little honey and grassy. Taste: light malt, a little pear, spices, a little warming, not bad.
