Dag tre på Gladmaten 2025, fra flaske: klar gylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Ren og fin eplesmak, med et svakt hint av krydder fra kveiken. Kanskje jeg hadde det litt for travelt, for jeg opplevde denne som noe intetsigende.

YG. Red amber color with no head. Aroma and flavor is apple, sugar, black current, berries, alcohol, red current. Nice.

Bottle from the cidery. Pleasant aroma of sweet and sour eating apples. Fresh flavour of sweet and slightly sour eating apples, a hint of sulphites. Light bodied for its strength, easy drinking.

Clear rosé colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived head. Aroma of apples, blackcurrants and redcurrants. Pleasant sweet flavour of dessert apples (Gravenstein), hints of blackcurrants and redcurrants.

Intense and pleasant aroma of eating apples, hints of oak and farmhouse. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, notes of kveik come through.

375 ml clear slimline bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Rosé to red coloured ice cider, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated apple juice / cider, also notes of blackcurrants and redcurrants. Very sweet and concentrated flavour of apples and said berries.

Flat, clear reddish golden color. Aroma is slightly dry concentrated fruity, apple cores, dried apples, hay, minerals, cpncentrated apple juice, red berries. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish concentrated fruity, dried apples, concentrated apple juice, red berries, berry skin, minerals, apple cores, hints of winegum. Sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
