Cork exploded off the bottle almost before I start untwisting the metal string. Fortunately only a tiny amount gushes out from the bottle. Big fizzy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, bark, minerals, leafs, flowers, yeast, mild vinegar, overripe sour apples, barnyard, shed. Taste is dry funky fruity, apple cores, flowers, leafs, apple peel, grass, yeast, bark, minerals, overripe sour apples, paper, barnyard, shed. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Weird.

Fra far på Cirkus: vakker gyllenrød farge, uten skum. Mild duft og leskende smak av de anvendte råvarer, med fin balanse mellom epler, rips og solbær. Ekstra godt når sola skinner!
