200ml on tap, 7.5 % abv, at Vinyl Bar in Bergen. Many thanks to the barman for this one. Poor lacing, a few spots on the glassware. Bright golden-reddish body. Moderate apple skins on the nose. Apples, grass, and berries to the taste character, mid-dry. Mid-sweet, drying close. Smooth on the swallow. Pretty decent. (Bergen 11.06.2022).

Bottle. Clear pink to reddish body under a small, fast fading white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma has more red berries than apple and yeast. Taste is nice and refreshing, sweet with balancing acidity. Still it reminds me bore about fruit wine or even a fruity rose wine than cider. Very easy drinkable, almost a cross over to soda pop. Nice for a small glass served chilled, becomes rather fast to sweet and soda pop’ich for my likings when heated up a bit. Otherwise pretty decent.

YG 160521. Red -orange color with a pinkish head. Aroma is apples, berries. flavor is apples, black current, red current, sourness, sugar. Very nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, pale golden colored cider, flat and still. Pleasant apple aroma with a touch of grass and little less else. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and quite soft and dry on the palate, with an apple driven flavor. Some apple cores and grass as well. Long fruity finish. A bit one-dimensional this one, but very fine indeed. Not much kveik impact here. 210523

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear-looking pinkish-orange cider with some white bubbles on top. Delicious aroma with lots of sweet apples, some apple cores and grass, with hints of rhubarb, and a nice touch of red berries. It's lightly sparkling in the mouth, medium to full-bodied, with some residual sweeetness. Mostly on the dry side though. Apple, apple cores, grass hints, some red berries and rhubarb, and then some apple pie. Lasting sweet, apple finish. A really nice and tasteful one, perhaps a bit on the sweet side, but sure pleasant anyway. 210516

Helt klar gylden med kort bruseskum og perlende munnfølelse. Søte epler i miks med pærer og grønne epleskall. Hint av gjær. Distinkt anderledes enn batch 1. Blir nok bedre hvis du greier å lagre den.

Bottle shared with Holmen1 and JFE on board Fridtjofen 15.08.20. Clear, very pale straw colour. Clear golden. Strong aroma and taste of sulphites and yeast, with cider apples and honey.
