Ein Bier wir ein hopfiger Fruchtkorb mit Ananas 🍍, Mango 🥭, Melone 🍉 und allerlei anderem Tropi-Frutti 🥝🍏. Dabei schafft man eine Balance, dass es nicht überladen wirkt und doch boch recht trinkbar ist. Hat mir wirklich gut gefallen.

Trübe dunkelgelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, hopfig, fruchtig nach Citrus, Mango und Orangen. Mittlere Süße mit hoher Bitterkeit, leichter bis mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Ein spritziges, saures Fruchtbier für den Sommer ⛱️, das aber weit weg vom Strandbier ist. Es ist trüb und rosa 🩷 und das Himbeerpürree macht es gut trinkbar, sodass die Säure nicht beisst, sondern zur Spritzigkeit beiträgt. Kein übliches Biergetränk, aber besonders an heißen Tagen sehr erfrischend.

Eigentlich ist dieses Bier eine Art Sauerbier mit Zitronengeschmack 🍋. Etwas abstrus, aber durchaus interessant und recht erfrischend für heiße Tage 🥵. So bildet sauer gewordenes bekanntes 2085 Mexican Lager die Basis und wurde mit Zitronen verfeinert. Nichts übliches, aber wert es mal zu probieren.
