Draught, half pint. @Belgian Beer Weekend 2022, Grand Place Brussels (Belgium). 04/09/2022 [#5.349 Global - #189 Belgium - #1 The Brew Society (My Belgian brewery #77)] Pours golden with a thick white head. Aroma: bubblegum, apple, yeast and DMS. Taste: bread, spiced malts, yeast and floral hops. Long coriander and spicy finish. Next one please!

Ne croyez pas en l'étiquette...cette blonde n'a rien de très sexy...C'est n'est pas aussi affligeant que ma St Hubertus de la veille, mais ce n'est pas très loin. Et tant pas l'équilibre que pas les arômes, il n'y a rien de bien affriolant. Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide, avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanche crémeuse de 2 cm. Le nez est sur les céréales, l'alcool, la banane, loin de soulever les foules. En bouche nous sommes entre légère acidité, sucre trop poussé et alcool mal intégré. L'acidité casse au moins quelque peu la sucrosité ainsi que l'alcool qui est agressif. Les arômes sont sans relief et peu exceptionnels. Corpulence et longueur sont tout de même très honorables. Vous avez réellement dit sexy?

Donkergeel bier met stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter hoppig met een echte intense graan en moutsmaak. Heel goed!

Bottle 33 cl. Chestnut color, clear, with good creamy-yellow foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, dried fruits, a little cake, burnt sugar, a little wine, toffee. Taste: sweet, caramel, burnt sugar, lively carbonation, a little wine, muffins, mild bitterness, a little out of balance.

Pours a dark , intense red. Big pink head. The scent of 'poepegattekes' (candy) fills the room immediately. The nose on the glass doesn't offer more. Exactly what you'd expect from a heavy, sweet, simple 'fruit'beer. Syrups all over the place. Taste is an exhaustingly sweet, sugary, fruitsyrup - very arteficial - 'poepegattekes'. Not 'off' by any means, just little left of anything else than the syrup - kinda pointless to drink a beer, and consume alcohol for this.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark brown colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Red cloudy colour. Light malty and hoppy powerful marcipan cherry aroma. Moderate bitter powerful cherry flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.
