Pours clear, very pale yellow. Medium large white head. Scent is medium intense, pale malts (bready). No real signs of hop, mild BE yeast character (abbey style). Taste is much more focussed on the phenols- even a tad too much. Milder esters, bready malts remain clear. Medium sweet, very mild bitterness. Sticky finish (esters) . Medium body, medium high carbo. OK, very generic BE blonde.

Clear orange blond beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive, falls down quickly. Aroma: little fruity, malty, some tropical fruits, citrus notes, not bad! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, bit sweet, some tropical fruits, citrus notes, bit sourish, pretty decent! Aftertaste: tropical fruits, mango, passion fruits, juicy, bit sweet, sugary touch, bit on the sweet side, like a NEIPA, surprisingly decent!
