Keg at the Gravity taproom, Budapest, 09/06/23. Clear light golden with a moderately appointed off white cap. Nose is apple pie, straw, sugars, herb. Taste comprises raw apple, pastry notes, grains, hedgerow, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Okay if a touch harsh and raw in places.

From bottle at MB2 07.03.24. Clear straw colour. White head is quickly diminishing to nothing. Decent aroma and taste of wild apples and sour pears. Dry and astringent mouthfeel. I like that it has a peronality, and give it extra points for that. Hints of sawdust and sulphur in aroma.

Notater fra en aldeles utmerket kveld på Våland, i lag med Egil, Johan, Camilla, Marianne og Fia. Denne 0,33 flasken fra importkofferten ble en av kveldens to nedturer: klar strågylden med kort bruseskum. Ubestemmelig aroma og pussig smak, for å si det pent. Hint av oppvaskmiddel med citron. Ikke mye som minner om eplecider her.
