Es ist ein recht klassisches APA, das weniger durch Aromenriefe und -Anzahl glänzt, alt durch die ausgewogene Menge an Bitterkeit 🏋♀️und Süffigkeit🛀. Das macht es zu einem idealen Speisenbegleiter, der weitaus mehr hergibt als ein einfaches Helles.
Aromatisch ok und sehr feine Drinkability 🏄♀️.

Getrunken unter dem Namen "Coalhaze" bei einem Familienausflug nach Bratislava 🇸🇰.
Es ist ein wirklich angenehm ausgewogenes Trinkbier, das auf der einen Seite wirklich feine grasig-fruchtige 🍋🟩🥑🍓 NEIPA-Aromen hat und auf der anderen Seite relativ leicht trinkbar zum Essen 🥩🍖passt.
Andere mögen aromatischer sein, aber in Punkto Harmonie 🧘♂️ist es Top.

Tap at Alžbetka, as St. Catarina. Hazy amber body, off-white head. Bit malty, orange-hoppy driven aroma. Sweetish orange and nalty notes, vague herbal notes, socks slightly. Drinkable though, smooth so yay.

On tap at Clock Block Pours clear gold with white head. Malty on nose. Low to medium bitterness. Malty. Mine was not in the best condition, but one can feel potential there.

750ml bottle. Clear, orange golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Weak, caramel malty and minimally doughy yeasty aroma, minimalyl leafy, hoppy overtones with a touch of tea. Taste is slightly bitter, leafy hoppy, minimally bready-grainy malty without residual sweetness, hints of tea, a touch of bread crust, doughy yeasty overtones. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Barely hoppy for an IPA or better, almost no hop flavours, purely bitter hoppy - not convincing.

Slightly grainy and minimally toasty, malty aroma, citrusy, minimally leafy and grassy hoppy counterpart, hints of lemon, lemon tea, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is dry, grassy and slightly leafy, minimally citrusy hoppy, slightly grainy and minimally toasty, malty basis, hints of lemon tea, grey bread, a touch of thistle. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly aromatic, more homebrew-ish APA than anything Hazy or NE style - not convincing.

Slightly bready and minimally grainy and spicy, pale malty aroma, hints of white bread crust, minimally leafy, hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally bready, grainy and strawy, pale malty, minimally papery, hoppy counterpart with very mild bitterness, diluted hints of white bread crust, a very weak touch of sourdough. Watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Displays some rural character, rather watery overall - acceptable.
