Cask gravity at Green Berry Walmer. Hazy coper gold colour. Lasting white head. Very good nick. Herbal hoppy aroma which is attractive. Good mouthfeel. Nit huge bitterness but some lovely fruit flavours that are quite subtle. Good dry finish. Very tasty.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy pale amber. Aroma of ripe fruits. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Plenty of spicy hay-like hops, lots of ripe fruit. Salty finish with long bitterness, Well drinkable.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2011, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white head. Dry grass hop nose. Light sweet flavor, some dough, sugar, faint bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Faintly dry finish, mildly resinous, some crisp dough. Average at best.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and quite nectary along with some mild bready maltyness. Flavour is fruity, floral and nectary along with some crystal and crisp maltyness as well. Wellbalanced.
