Pale, hazy and very ghostly light golden and straw coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall very soapy head that fades very slowly. Aroma of grass, hay, flowers, lemons, grapefruit and a dash of light malt, yeast and bread, but the pungent dry notes from the hops are very strong up front. Light-bodied; Slight wheatie and grassy flavours dominate with a mellow sweetness from some fake sugars and mellow tropical fruits, with a kick of light acidity from lemons and a bit more bitterness from the alpha acids of the hops, with a peppery bite at the very end. Aftertaste is fairly clean, with a nice bitterness throughout, mainly from the hops and alpha acids, but the tastes of the grapefruit peel and subdued wheats/malt add to the flavours as well, and the mild sweetness ends well. Overall, a very nicely balanced, subdued and easy-drinking, yet flavourful IPA for the style and considering the ABV here, a very nice option in this range, if you can find it - get it and drink it fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Chelsea), New York on 21-December-2021 for US$3,99, brewed on 16-November-2021 with the tagline 'Get Lifted' and sampled at my house here in Washington on 03-January-2022.

Ridiculously hazy pure golden and raw honey coloured body with an almost completely opaque straw glow, all with a very thick, four to five centimetre tall tan off-white head head that stays afloat for a very long time. Aroma of citrus, honey, alcohol, grass, perfume, honey, resin and a lot of both malt and rich fruity hops here, but not too much bitterness in the nose. Full-bodied; Super rich malty and biscuity notes that add to the body and warmth here, with a pungent, dry grassy and floral quality from the hops, with a dose of bitterness, but more from the deep malt and alcohol, with still some sugars at the finish. Aftertaste is rich, very deep and pungent from both the hops and malt, but provides enough relief with fruits, sugar, dry grain and citrus tones that still make this easy enough drinking, but it still does taste close to the 10 per cent here. Overall, a nice and rich beer throughout, with a lot of resin and citrus qualities with a good bitterness, but nice sweetness, too. This is pungent, but it should be - nice to sample..Happy 5th to the brewery and looking to sample more when I'm in New York! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Union Square), New York on 04-December-2021 for US$4,99 with the tagline 'The Cake is a Lie' and canned on 07-September-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington shortly before leaving again for New York at Christmas, on 13-December-2021.

A 16 oz can courtesy of Half Time. A new brewery to me, time to see what they can do with an imperial stout. My ABGB snifter is in place, I make the pour. A dark mahogany brown liquid finished by a diminishing head of eggshell tan foam. The scent is chocolate, berries and an indication of ash. I have a drink, chocolate, more roastiness than expected from the smell, malt, a touch of caramel sweetness, scorched bread and strawberry. The sensation is a bit thin, my preference is a heavier consistency. Decently okay.
