Clear copper orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: nice, clean lambic smell, metallic touch, oily, peppery. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit watery, dry, bitter, tannins, some orange peel, solvents. Aftertaste: fruity, oranges and orange peel, a bit metallic, earthy, more tannins, woody finish.

Tap at Billies. Clear golden, no head. Deep funk, oak, zesty, dry rum, boost, vanilla, raisins, plums. Medium sweet, less sour and bitter. Full bodied. Not bad but the barrel is a bit rough and boozy.

Tap at Billies. Bit hazy golden with big white head. Deep funky, oak, soft herbal, roses, a touch of what I guess are bee pollen but the lambic mostly really shines through the soft floral and honey notes. Flat. Very nice

Clear light yellow beer, no head. Aroma: very spicy, all cardamom, earthy, sweet, funky, lots of lambic, smoky touch. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body, oily texture. Taste: soft acidity, very spicy, all cardamom, oily and slick, a bit funky, piny touch, wood notes. Aftertaste: a little floral, smoky finish, good! (didn’t know until afterwards it was _black_ cardamom, but that explains the smokiness I’ve noticed).
