On tap, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. Funky, with lots of citrus. Lemon, orange, both from the yuzu I assume, although some lemon from the base beer is expected too. Oak hints and some horse blanket. Tart and quenching, nice indeed. 747415 251107

On tap at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A solid lambic base, funky, fruity, with a pleasant addition of pepper aroma and flavor. Certainly a good idea to add peppers to the beer. Refreshing and quite tasteful. 747414 251107

Low carbo, thin body. Med sourness, restrained. Light acetic only. Medium birch bark presence, mixes well with medium funk. Good one, altho could use more complexity and some bubbles.

Thin bod, no carbonation. Quite sour, med-high lacto, med-light acetic. Light tart. Overall quite dry. Medium barnyard. Med-light matcha, but honestly it does not stand out, while it does not fit in either. A sensory miracle. Idk about these experiments.

Pours a clear (though bottom of the bottle has some flakes) medium colored blonde. Rather big white head fades fast. Scent is OB , but significantly more barnyard / hay . Not very whisky like aroma's , but also not usually found even remotely as strong in OB. A sharp, slightly booze-oriented undertone from the whisky is recognizable. This seems interesting. Taste is full, tart and fairly dry, stronger in character than regular OB - whilst still maintaining somewhat recognizable, and very 'fullbodied'. Whisky is recognizable, but never dominates, or gets boozy. Quite remarkable as a lambic, with the whisky right where you'd want it to be, recognizable as an extra, but not overpowering. However, the sum of it's parts doesnt overclass both seperately. What doés make this one stand out is it's body, and it's intensity. OB character, but far more outspoken, which is always great !

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark blonde, partially transparent, with irregular white foam, limited. Aroma is funky, herbal. Body is average, with light carbonation and a nice astringency. Taste is medium sour. Final is long and still pretty intense.

Bottle. Gold with a fat white coat. Some chunks. Very funky aroma of damp hay, old lemons, apricot stones, whitewash. Somewhat creamy texture. Sour but not as sour as expected from the aroma. Lots of old lemon and barn funk with a very dry oaked finish. Has that expertly but barely tamed thing.
