Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Unclear golden body with practically no head. Aroma like classic funky Oud Beersel. Taste is a bit less acidic than the classic, I think. Not noticing the bark ting really but it’s sure a damn fine lambic. And then I remember the fact that this is a lambic and nor Geuze. This is a nice lambic and as a lambic they use to be a lot less acidic than Geuze etc. etc. Anyway, a very nice brew that I will like to repeat one day with more focus on the tasting than running around from brewery to brewery trying to taste as much as possible before they run out of beer.

Rund säuerlicher Beginn. Deutliche Traubennoten, getreidig-herb, viel Zitrus. Spritzig, herb, langer, weich säuerlicher Abgang. Gelungen. 10/10/10/10/9/10

Питко но прикольно, перчик действительно есть, но не сильно горячо во рту от этого, что радует, кислинка средняя, немного лимона.

Просто хороший ламбик. Сена в меру, весьма питко было. Кислинка средняя я бы сказал.
