Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruity, wooden and some slight tart tones. Flavour is fruity, some tart tones with some berries and fruits with some wooden tones. A little bit more carbonation would be good for this one.

3 liter Bag in Box. Practical clear golden body under a short living, one finger thick, light bubbling white head. Aroma has ripe apple, cellar notes, acidity and mild funk. Taste has light pale malt, ripe fruit, apple cider, some pine, medium acidity, hint of juniper and slightly sharp wooden bitterness. Medium body with a bit more distinct juniper in aftertaste. Refreshing, quite straight forward lambic with a juniper twist.

BiB, 310 cl. It’s a lightly hazy golden-orange colored beer with some dissipating white bubbles. The aroma has a light juniper woodiness, with flowers and leathery, hayish and barnyard-ish funk. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly acidic on the palate, very softly carbonated. Juniper, flowers, orange zest, wood and hints of forest, as well as funk in the flavor. Hay, leather and barnyard, as well as lemon juice. Lasting fruity and acidic finish with a good juniper wood twist. A very pleasant and refreshing one indeed. 220716

On tap from a bag-in-the-box at BeerGeek Pivoteka - Karlin, pours a hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma has a nice bright leathery funk to it, some old cardboard, and almost none of the juniper. Flavour is citric and earthy, with some herbal juniper notes, leathery funk, and old wet cardboard. Not as vibrant as some of the other bag-in-the-box Oud Beersel lambics, but it's pleasant enough.

10 July 2022. At In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst (Eizeringen). Cheers to the lovely Anke!
Clear golden, very thin, white head. Aroma of unripe plum, orange peel, lemonbalm, lemon acid, mown grass, juniper. Taste has sourish plum, grape & lemon; spicy & acidic edge of juniper and wet straw. Grassy hops in the finish along funky, tart lemon & young stonefruit, juniper adding a spicy and somewhat perfumey effect. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Juniper works well here, but it's not my favourite of this series.

Pours a very hazed blonde, creamy white head. Scent is fairly mild on the juniper, but not absent. Taste is medium tart, medium dry, loads of fruityness from the lambic (apple), far milder on the juniper, as it provides only a whiff of herbal character. Smooth drinker.
On tap at Cafe Pardaf. A hazy orange beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart orange fruits zest, vinegar. Taste of sour grapes, apples brett, peach.

Draught Bit fluffy off-white head, disparate, over darker orange hazy beer. Delicate, resiny, woody, farmyard odours, faraway conifer. Lightly perfumey, quite woody, farmyard and essential oils and resins. Orangepeel, bit mouldy. Tart, dry-out effect, low carbonation, slick. Good one! Delicate despite the ingredient - that, BTW completes the circle from lambic to sahti, koduolu, kveik and the rest. Compulsory sampling!
