(Draft at Manifest Taproom, Berlin, 12 May 2026) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasty nose with dark chocolate, roasted grain and coffee. Malty, roasty taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread, roasted grain, a touch of soy sauce and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and powerful. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, peaches, stone fruit, pine needles, bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and tasty. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, grass, peaches, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Malty, spicy taste with notes of bread, spices, herbs, citrus, hay and a balanced floral/citric bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Refreshing and herbal saison. Nice one.
