Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Shared by the DC Beer crew at the podcast station. Poured a very slightly hazy yellow color with a small wispy head. Bubbly, with a crisp apple flavor. Crisp, very slightly tart apples. Very nicely done. Semi-dry, with just a hint of sweetness.

Draft, on tap at The Sovereign. Poured a deep peach-orange color color with a hazy appearance. Flavor was tart plums with a wild, funky, zippy edge. A juicy and fruited wild ale with bright, big acidity.

Draught at Brewer's Tap, 3/19/25.
Clear deep brass, little/no head.
Strong Brett with good acidity and a fair bit of band aid, but not too much. Gentle but rich oak tones and a big mustiness/funkiness and lingering mineral. Malts/wheat seem supple and supportive.
Tart and very lemony. A bit thin, unfortunately, which is really the only detractor here. Otherwise, it's got no acetic, mellow lactic and vivacious Brett with playful but not too tannic oak. Lingering lemon and lemongrass.

Draught at Tip Tap, 1/31/25.
Almost clear, muted peach-bronze. Quickly fleeting, white head.
Good acidity in the nose. Prominent, well-aged lactic with a touch of fruity Brett and lots of funky mustiness. Nothing weird and no acetic. Soft oak and honey-like malts.
Malty, soft, well-attenuated and getting quite sour but then softening via wheat and gentle oak. Maybe a hint of acetic, but I'm not sure. Mostly lactic character with mild-to-moderate Brett fruitiness. Tons of cellar-like mustiness and funk.

Bottle at the DCBeer bottle share. Poured a clear orange color with a wispy white head. Aroma was really nice fruit, some wild fermented funk. Delicious. Balsamic, light and sweet malt. Pleasant tartness. Very drinkable.

Taster pour at the Tip Tap Room. Clear, pretty pink-orange with ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong sweet/tart fruit/raspberry. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Strong tart fruit—too much for my blood. Well made for tart lovers.

750ml bottle bottled April 2022. Pours a murky gold, a little white head. Huge lemon nose, sour grapefruit, huge sour barrel. Acetic. Some grape. Flavor is woody and buttery to go along with the sour citrus. Tart finish. High acid.
