Draft pour at Pen Druid. Poured a relatively cloudy ruby brown color with a light tan head. Aroma was light tart dark fruits. Flavor was tart funky, dried fruit. Acidic finish. Light red wine woody notes. Tasty.

Draft at Pen Druid. This one poured a hazy orange color with no head to speak of. Light mango, guava? Flavor was light peach, light pear notes. Very mild funky notes. Light tart finish. Tasty.

5 oz pour on draft at Aslin. My first Pen Druid beer. Mostly clear orange with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, pine, floral notes. Tastes of herbs, floral, pine, grapefruit citrus, spice. Medium body with a dry finish.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy golden color. Aroma of lightly vinous stone fruit, vanilla. Taste is fruity, softly sour, edge of smoke, subtle port wine. Very tasty.

Draft at the source. Clear dark brown color, small tan head. Aroma has roasty cocoa powder and coffee grounds. Taste is roast with an edge of peppery funk, dry finish. Interesting.
