500ml bottle from Atomic Beers. Clear golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, juice, sulphury hint. Taste is appley, fruity, some core, skin and with mellow drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Atomic Beers, Yarm. Sparkling, clear golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruit, skin & core, slight sulphur hint. Taste is sweetish & tangy, tart, appley, fruity, with some funk and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Can from House of Trembling Madness. Clear gold, starts with a small foamy white top. Aroma of fruity bittersweet apple juice, hint of wood. Taste of sweet fruity apples juice, quite tangy, bitter skin notes and drying in the finish. Fairly light bodied with sherbet like carbonation. A little simple for a craft cider but still tasty.

22/11/2024. BIAB at The Dove Street Inn Winter Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet pear, sugary, caramel, slight spiced notes. Quite sweet and a little artificial. Light body, soft carbonation. A bit too sweet.

500ml bottle from Hollies Farm Shop. Clear yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of pineapple, orange juice. Taste is sweet, juicy, orange, tropical pineapple, with some citric tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet pineapple & citrus finish. Quite OK.
