Pours from can a clear copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, slightly dank citrus and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can at Craft Kave. Pours cloudy earthy gold with visible yeast chunks and an off white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has lots of citrus rind with orange juice and grains backing. Flavor has earthy citrus and and citrus rind with an earthy grain backbone.

16oz can pours a viscous, nearly opaque black with some thin, cloudy, tan head. Nose has malt, booze, paint, blueberry, licorice. Flavors of pencil lead, dried berry, toast, char, rubber. Dry finish, rubbery on the end.

16 oz can shared at the DC RateBeer May tasting. Thanks radagast83! Dark brownish black. Aromas of pencil, roast, dark chocolate. Tastes of buttery roast, bitter chocolate and cocoa, malt. Medium body with a dry finish.
