Since its creation the Iron brewery has sought originality while maintaining "high-end" quality. Evolving outside the paths of "Blondes, ambrées, brunes", being part of a new original and qualitative French brewing landscape is a priority. We dedicate our soul to bringing craft beer to the same level as wine, namely a beer that is not made only to quench thirst but for tasting and thus create new passions.

Sample draught @ SWAFFF! 2019 Brussels Craft Beer Festival (1st day) shared with BE RB crew and other gentle people there. F: medium, tan, average retention. C: amber, hazy. A: rich malty, bit herbal, honey, mellow fruity. T: rich malty, mellow fruity, bit herbal, caramel, honey, medium to full body, lower carbonation, ok and may be too young yet not bad.

Sample draught @ SWAFFF! 2019 Brussels Craft Beer Festival (1st day) shared with BE RB crew and other gentle people there. F: medium, white, good retention. C: shiny pale gold, hazy. A: sour pickles, roasted onion, smell in the kitchen after long cooking, ketchup, Worcester sauce. T: light sour fruity with pickles, “čalamada”, onion, peach, really crazy combo but I like it, medium body and carbonation, enjoyable “beer”.

Draft sample @ Swafff '19.

I Draught /I Small disappearing cream head over muddy, foxy orange beer. Wood, oxydized grains and unmistakably sweet chestnut, old cookies. Sweet, more chestnut, and old, oxydized cookies, old books. Medium to better bodied, quite slick, another one feeling better carbonated but not looking the part. Chestnut typically gives a beer a flavour as if it is prematuraly aged. The pumpkin doesn't help...

I Draught /I Pink head, fast gone over ridicously intense cardinal red beer. Beetroot-overpowered to the detriment of anything else. Earthy, thick black earth at that, red beetroot². Medium to better bodied despite relatively low ABV. The beer for the communist horticulturist.

I Draught /I Huge dense pink head over fully hazy cyclamen beer. Fruity/floral, great aromatic smells, rosepetals. Bitter-floral-chalk, quite complex, bit leathery background, earthy impression as from beetroot. Medium bodied at best, quite slick, velvety feel despite good carbonation. Surprisingly good!

Cloudy orange beer, thick white head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: WTF? This is very dirty, sweaty armpit onion smell, slightly spicy, maybe smoked, yuck. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: slightly fruity, all onions, acidic, very unpleasant, dirty, don't like it at all!

Pretty cloudy fluorescent deep pink beer, no head. Aroma: very acidic, lots of beetroot, fruity, funky, lacto acid, earthy, very intense and complex smell. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: wow, super earthy, very intense beetroot flavours, acidic, dry, bit funky, weird touch. Aftertaste: dry, lots and lots of beetroot, very intense, acidic stuff, lemon juice, some passion fruits.
