These products join the collection of award winning lagers and excellent Smooth and Black keg beer.
The brewery has an established pub estate that is carefully managed to ensure that it is focused on growth.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Lightly hazy pale amber, rocky head. Light soapy grassy nose. Light bodied. Very dry with crisp rounded mouthfeel. Caramel wakes up as it warms - the promised oaky undertones are very vague if there at all. FIniishes with hop induced bitterness. A very drinkable bitter.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich creamy head. Predominantly caramelly nose with some hay, maple syrup and paper. Light to medium bodied with dense, rounded mouthfeel. The hay-like hops turns to salty bitterness in the finish. A mid-intensity, rather streamlined beer with just a slight note of maple syrup.

Cask. Amber colour, minor white head. Aroma is sweet malts, nectar, wood and some slight notes of grass. Flavour is the same with some mild yeastyness as well as grassy bitterness taking over in the finish.

Bottle, LLH, Crosby. Poured a deep reddy brown. Carbonation was horrible and the slight metallic tang to the flavour did it no favours either. Bitter finish. A chore to drink and verging on drain pour material. How the hell did this win a gold medal? I’m yet to drink a decent Holt’s brew.....

Bottle, LLH, Crosby. Amber yella, fading film like head. Cheap tesco value honey aroma and taste. Sickly sweet, lacking in chracter and body. Not great at all.

Cask at the Doric Arch, Euston, London. Nice amber color, dark amber, with glints of orange fire. Decent off-white head. Spicy aroma. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is floral hop, light caramel, and cinnamon? Something spicey is definitely there. Finishes nicely bitter with that spice hanging in. Great.
