Clitheroe Beer Festival 2023. Slightly deeper golden coloured ale and it's a deeper tasting mid bitterness brew, subdued in this respect by some caramels in the mix.

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Golden with a head. Excellent stout character and excellent white stout influence in this respect too.

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Dark stout with an off-white head. Understated in its mint and chocolate flavours, perhaps its strength has something to do with this. Fine to drink but not quite doing what it says on the tin.

Gravicask at The 14th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival. Shared with Finn on the first day of the festival. Misty amber body, low off-white head, lacing rings down the glass. Moderate malt-fruity aromas. Marmalade taste joined by a caramel bite. Hints of bitterness to the ending. Easy going. (Nottingham 12.10.2022).

Cask @ D'Ale House, Rochdale. Clear golden with a thick creamy head. Session hoppy brew. Light in character but pleasant and easy with a mild dryness to proceedings.
