The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.
The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Fruity and floral aroma, mellow notes of apricot, rose hip and chamomile. Taste is mildly spicy and herbal yeasty, hints of mustard seed, landing on a cushion built from the aforementioned fruity and floral flavours, now in less mellow, rather minimally tart fashion. Minimally watery, echoes of chilled, minimally sweetened rose hip tea. Refreshing and really, really nice.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden to amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity aroma with weak cereal (muesli) touch, notes of fresh and dried yellow stone fruit, apricot, peach, mirabelle, herbal-spicy hints of yeast. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, a minimally fruit acidic tart touch, notes of apricot, peach, mirabelle in fresh and dried aggregate state, minimally peppery, herbal-spicy yeasty overtones, some hop bitterness with minimally grassy touch. Clean and precise exposition of fruitiness, well hidden alcohol, highly welcome, "dirty" yeasty defilement. No outage from Cambier so far.

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours hazy amber with off white head. Exceedingly bitter character, floral but essentially a bit unbalanced with a tangy finish.
