The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.
The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

On tap at La Capsule Lille. Unclear red coloured, small off-white head, berries in the nose. Quite simple and easy-drinkable sour; light raspberry, touch of rhubarb and mild sour finish.

Dorada, bastante limpia. Base malteada y contrapunto ligeramente especiado y floral.

Bottle at home. Pours jet black with a tan head. Nose is dark chcolate, fruity cacao beans, licorice, light vanilla. Taste is roasted malts, light earthy notes, dark cacao, vague hints of fruits in the finish. Light to medium bodied with soft to average carbonation, drinks well below the abv. Pretty decent all in all

330ml bottle. Somewhat "dirty", cloudy, amber colour with huge, frothy to creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly artificial, woody, oaky and minimally yeasty, fruity aroma, rather unspecific, malty background, notes of oak chips, hints of raisin, a touch of vanilla, whiffs of peach, tannic and minimally waxy overtones. Taste is slightly dry, woody, oaky, slightly yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, wheaty malty, hints of oak chips, vanilla, a touch of peach, raisin.
Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, very dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
A tad paradoxical: off-putting colour with excellent hat, watery texture but well carbonated, rather artificial oak flavours oppose nice, subtle fruit flavours - a bit disappointing overall.
