Description
The Cambier brasserie is an artisanal brewery founded by Jean-Christophe Cambier. It is an urban craft beer brewery located in Croix near Lille in the North. Its philosophy is to reintroduce beermaking as close as possible to consumers.

The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.

The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

Bottled 330ml (Saveur)
A bit murky brown-amber color, good off-white head. Apricot jam, citrus and yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Flavor is also a bit "jammy". Quite sweetish fruity with citrus. Short bitter-sweet finish. Typical new wave IPA. Maybe this one has also some kind of French biere de gardish vibe.

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, white head. Spicy and herbal yeasty, slightly salty, grainy aroma, notes of brine, a touch of mustard, disguised apricot and peach. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, mild fruity notes of peach and mirabelle with grassy hoppy interludes, peppery hints of yeast spicyness, tar-ish fruit acid counterpart. Maybe slightly more "holistic" than the regular version.
