The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.
The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

24 October 2019. At Gist, Brussels. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours cloudy back with a lasting, thick, frothy, beige head; lots of lacing. Aroma of milk chocolate, cream, soy milk, Worcestershire sauce, vague green apple (acetaldehyde), candied date, wood, meringue. Taste is medium malty sweet, fruity raisin, fig & a whiff of green apple, thicky chocolatey & creamy base, going over bitter coffee & wood with a soft umami soy touch. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, lingering red fruit, woody vanilla, warming armagnac-like alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Elegant barrel-aged Imperial Stout, too bad about that 'youthful' accent'.
