Brasserie Cambier
Microbrewery
in Croix (Nord),
Hauts-de-France,
France 🇫🇷
Associated Venue: Brasserie Cambier
Established in 2015
The Cambier brewery offers a wide range of beers, inviting consumers to discover the brewing flavors of today's and yesterday's world. It brews three ranges of beers, each intended for a different audience: Mongy beers, Cambier beers and ephemeral beers.
The brewery's logo is also inspired by the brewer's star: it is a symbolic representation of brewing alchemy involving the four elements (water, fire, earth, air) involved in the manufacturing process.

Thanks! Sampled cask @ GIST. Black with no head. Nose is roasted syrupy herbal dark bread caramel. Bit too herbal taste, bit too vegetable, grain, caramel, bark, smell beats the taste but still fair herbal & dry beer for what it is.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, sudsy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. (Tropical) fruity, citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, a touch of lime, a touch of apricot, peach, minimally diluted hints of mango, passion fruit, papaya, a touch of banana leaves, biscuity, pale malty basis, hints of lemon biscuit. Taste is considerably dry, tropical fruity hoppy, slightly diluted notes of mango, passion fruit, papaya, some apricot and peach, zesty hints of lemon and lime, some pineapple in the finish; prickling, minimally coarse carbonation. Very nice, well composed and rather wide spectrum of fruity hop flavours. Another very nice beer from a clearly underestimated brewery.
