IPA sans alcool trouvée aux vins gourmands et achetée un peu par curiosité. Robe dorée assez classique, mousse abondante au service mais qui retombe vite, laissant à peine un fin disque. Nez légèrement houblonné, avec quelques notes d’agrumes discrètes, sans être particulièrement séduisant. Bouche acidulée, plutôt agréable et assez fraîche. On retrouve ce petit arrière-goût typique des sans alcool en fin de bouche, mais l’ensemble reste honnête et mieux maîtrisé que beaucoup d’autres dans le style. Ça se boit facilement.

Can from Biere des Halles, Lille. Deep gold with a thin white head and a light fizz. Hints of weed in the aroma; flavour is sweet marmalade and malt. Maybe a tad too sweet, it could do with some hop crispness in there. The body lacks a little something, but it's not too bad by the standards of NA brews. Overall it's... inoffensive I guess?

Cloudy yellow blond beer, creamy dense yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: some diacetyl, yoghurt, fruity tropical fruits, citrus notes, a hint of sulphur, mango. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus up front, quite the hop burn as well, marijuana, very bitter, resinous, grapefruit peel, some dried orange peel, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: some tropical fruits, mango, pretty bitter, a bit resinous, a little dank, grassy touch, more dank hops, some marijuana, soapy, unpleasant bitterness, meh. Was expecting more from this, too bad.

Very cloudy bright carmine red beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of rhubarb, a little dirty, funky, nice acidic impression, lactic acid. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, lots and lots of rhubarb, pleasant acidity, quite a lot of raspberries too, lactic acid, a little herbal, gentle bitterness, slightly metallic, oxalic acid, pleasant! Aftertaste: good acidity, fruity, lots of raspberries, a nice amount of rhubarb as well, pleasant sourness, dry finish.

On tap at La Capsule Lille. Unclear red coloured, small off-white head, berries in the nose. Quite simple and easy-drinkable sour; light raspberry, touch of rhubarb and mild sour finish.

Dorada, bastante limpia. Buena espuma, cremosa y de retención media. Aroma típico no muy marcado, de predominio de esteres de la fermentación. Suave al paladar, cremosa. Seca principalmente, de amargor poco marcado. Base malteada y contrapunto ligeramente especiado y floral.

Bottle at home. Pours jet black with a tan head. Nose is dark chcolate, fruity cacao beans, licorice, light vanilla. Taste is roasted malts, light earthy notes, dark cacao, vague hints of fruits in the finish. Light to medium bodied with soft to average carbonation, drinks well below the abv. Pretty decent all in all

Bière dénichée aux Vins Gourmands. Single Hop Sabro, avec ajout de fève de tonka. Robe bien trouble, typiquement hazy. Texture dense et juteuse. Le nez est immédiatement marqué par la tonka, intense et enveloppante, avec ses accents vanillés et légèrement boisés. En bouche, la puissance de la tonka domine mais s’accorde joliment aux notes coco et fruitées du Sabro. L’ensemble est riche, voluptueux, soutenu par un degré d’alcool bien présent (9,5%). Expérience, originale et audacieuse, mais qui pourrait devenir un peu écoeurante sur la durée.
