Description
Moon Lark is a craft brewery, meadery, and seltzery. Three alcoholic beverages founded by two friends under one brand. What put us together is the will to write our own history and passion for uncommon flavors. Our base of operations is located in Poland in the town of Poreba, neighboring Zawiercie city – where one night we heard a lark warbling to the moon – that is the beginning of our story. Brewing was our passion for several years now and we are ready to share it with you. One of the co-owners and head brewer of Moon Lark is Pawel Maslowski. We aim to treat you with IPAs overfilled with aromatic hops, fruity and refreshing sour beers, and bold stouts and porters with complex flavors. Regardless of the brewing style, we adhere to the quality and taste of our products. We want to keep you entertained, curious, and open to the new taste that we are aiming to serve you. Moon Lark meads connect the traditions of Polish meadmaking with new-wave techniques. We produce both session, easy-drinking versions and also strong, sweet, and barrel-aged meads with adjuncts. If you didn’t have a chance to discover the world of meads you will be surprised by the richness of new flavors. Hard seltzer is an alcoholic, fruity drink that took USA by storm. It is produced in a fermentation process – just like beer. We take on a craft approach to seltzers and pay attention to the highest quality of ingredients. We want to propose both light versions that are filled with fruits but and low- cal as well as thick, smoothie-like seltzers. Original and refreshing taste with relatively low alcohol content is the biggest advantage of hard seltzers. We value minimalism. That leads us to the world of Moon Lark, where we emphasize the simplistic yet modern form of branding for our beers, meads, and hard seltzers. We hope that you will easily find our products and taste them with pleasure.

See you on our side of the moon!

Keg at CBJ. Clear pale gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, good nutty sweetness. Cooling pine. Lager tang. Watery citrus. Light finish leaves a bitterish linger. Again, with this brewery, good flavour, no so good body.

500ml can. Quasi black colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and slightly fruity, minimally woody aroma, notes of dark chocolate, some couverture, hints of cherry, a touch of cherry wood, cherry flavoured dark chocolate, minimally smoky overtones. Taste is bitter roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty and minimally fruity, minimally woody and smoky, hints of dark chocolate, roast, a touch of cherry, cherry wood, smoke, some liquorice.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, slightly greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, very fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, quite bitter, weak fruitiness, not overly complex - not fully convincing.

Can pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a dark cola color, with small wispy tan head. Aroma of ham hock, reminds me a lot of a chimney that I would smell at a colonial smokehouse that's been around since the 1700s. Not overpowering, which was a pleasant surprise. Caramel, smoked wood. Surprisingly solid.

0.50l can from Piwne Mosty. Aroma of citrus, passion fruit, mango and pine. Pours clear golden color with medium sized frothy white head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing citrusy and tropical fruity, following is bready, honeyish and herbal with smooth mouthfeel and harsh bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Good, but something’s missing here…
