Bouteille 37.5cl de La Cave à Bières, Yverdon. BB 09/2018.

Bottle shared at home courtesy of Maakun. Murky amber with white head. Sweet malts, wood, sour grains, woodglue, white pepper and overripe bananas, sweaty goats and lambic. Moderate sweet, over moderate sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Degustatoro on 23 Dec 2017 at 13:52 - Score: 8. Original review text: 4

Bottle shared. Hazy dark orange golden with big fluffy off white head. Sweet oxidized notes, dried plums, light funk, some vin jaune barrel with walnuts and old wood, white pepper, light lactic, glue, green banana. Medium sweet, under medium sour and light bitter. Over medium bodied with present fine sparkly carbonation. Another lovely BFM beer.

At Wortspiele #4. Pours murky brown with a smooth head. Aroma is oatmeal, cappucino, milk, cereal bar, coconut. Body is medium, still a cereal bar, quite sweet, with coffee and coconut. Palate is an oats overflow with chicoree coffee. Unusual, but actually good!

330ml can from a bottle shop in France. Pours dark with short-lasting head, fading out. Aroma of bitter dark roast, some chocolate. Taste is fairly hefty on the milk chocolate, light roast, fairly light body, drying close.. lasting chocolate impressions. Decent porter.

Pours rather clear, medium amber. Decent white head with medium, to medium-low stability. Smell is tad sharp ( green hops, not very aromatic, veyr grassy mostly, tad woody, resins ) Taste is highly bitter, fresh and a tad crisp in maltyness ( bready, very very mild toast ) . grassy, traditionnal hops, such as the style anticipates for. Perfectly in line for it's style according to the BJCP, accept for the color ( 7.3 in stead of the prescribed 10-17 ) Appart from that , I'd call this a pretty good example, and a good beer overall. Light spiced, grassy hoppy ending.

Bottle. Pours very bright, extremely murky yellow-orange, it looks so intensely, it's alsmost reflective. No real head. Smell is smashed fruits, medium to medium high intensity. Taste is fruity, tad bitter, refreshing, creamy, tad malty at the end. Not overpowering on the fruits, which is a relief. quite easy drinkin' ale. Not bad.
