Canned 440ml. -from Beerselection Budapest, shared with Hrabren & Marko. Blackish coloured, medium sized pale beige head, coffee and light raspberry in the nose. Noticable raspberry, light coffee, touch of vanilla and again light raspberry in the finish.

0.44 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from Budapest. Black, small beige head. Aroma is roasty, burnt, dark fruit, red fruit. Raspberry candy. Smooth, medium body, moderate carbonation, sweet raspberry, dark chocolate, brown bread, burnt toast flavour. Slightly too rough and astringent in the finish.

0.44l can courtesy of Ogi, shared with Hrabren as well. Very dark red-brown body, almost black, off-white head. Sweet raspberies, slgihtly gone coffee, and some dust in the aroma. Simplistic raspbery-driven sweet taste, bit lean, minerally, doesn't feel like a milk stout, odd bitterish touch in the finish. Eh, not the greatest.

Nagy, tartós hab, gyümölcslé állag, narancsos szín. Fanyar, gyömbéres, uborkás, lime-os illat. Savanyú, citromos, uborkás, gyömbéres, kissé sós ízek. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, nem keserű. Uborkás-gyömbéres limonádé, de kiválóak az arányok.

Nagy, tartós hab, sötétarany szín. Citrushéjas, fenyős, fűszeres illat. Száraz, citrushéjas, fenyős, füves, zöldfűszeres íz. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Finom west coast.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head, doesn't last. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Thin feeling but richly flavoured malts. Toffee, caramel, a little malt cream. Good bourbon soaked ripe fruits on the back end. Bourbon spice, oak barrelled vanilla. Smooth and semi dry bourbon finish. Tidy and drinkable..

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear deep amber brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. One of those barleywines utterly in service of its barrel and this one is all bourbon soaked very ripe fruits, tangy as well. A little wet wood and slightly sour oak barrel induced vanilla add to the reasonably complex barrel character. The overall character lacks malt richness and maturity but, the dominant barrel character makes some amends.

Nose is dried fruit rinds, dates, figs, bourbon, toffee, molasses, brown sugar melt.
Taste comprises toffee fudge, bourbon rip, sticky dark fruit rinds, figs, brown sugar melt, molasses.
Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Solid.
