Brune foncée, col crémeux et tenace.
Arôme est sur les malts - pâle, grillé, chocolaté et le plein de torréfié. Je ressens les notes de céréales dont l'avoine.
Palais est épais crémeux, rondeur de l'avoine. En bouche, belles notes de toasté, grillé, léger torréfié/café avec un note de chocolat en retrait. Amertume apportée par les houblons est plaisante mais s'apparente aussi au chocolat amer. Sur la fin effet rappelant l'anisé.

Appearance: Cloudy gold with a moderrate off-white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Slack citrus fruits, herbs, resin, pine needles, ale esters. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter. Otherwise as mentioned above. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: I wish I had it fresher.

400ml on tap at Bar Spitsa in Moscow. Pours opaque dark brown with a tall light brown head. Aroma is coffee beans, roasted malt. Taste is light sweet, dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, sour notes. Slightly watery. Medium bitter finish. Light bodied. Still a basic stout.
