Keg at the Merchant, Canary Wharf, 23/05/19. Milky yellow like a fruit smoothie meets flavoured sake with a white cap ... not a looker. Nose is dank hop, grapefruit, pine resin, grassy, melon, weed. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, ripe melon, light pine, weed, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy to danko hop bitterness. Decent despite the looks.

Can shared in London - cheers! Pours murky gold with a creamy, white head. Dank nose, notes of mango, melon. Medium sweet flavour, thick and juicy, with some light melon, minerals, pale bread, low bitterness. Full bodied and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming and gooey on the finish, with some tropical fruits, alcohol, more flinty minerality. OK stuff.
