Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Black pour with a tan head. Aromas of charred wood, raisin, dark chocolate. Smoky sweet flavours of dark chocolate, coffee, burnt toast. Lots of sweet smoky malt in the finish.

[ As Almasty DDH Mosaic Pale ].
ABV: 4.0%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, grapefruit, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190125]

Can at home... Golden amber... Big white head... Soft dry peach toffee fruit nose... Soft sweet.. Light caramel.. Light bitter caramel fruits

Cask at the Craft Beer Shop, Chalfont & Latimer, 04/01/19. Almost clear light golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is grassy, citric pith, melon, orange zest, toasted bread, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, hint of pine, freshly cut grass, melon, light grapefruit, airy malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with grassy to lightly dankened hop bitterness. Solid cask hop work.

Danke an minutemat. Starke Karbonisierung. Natürlicher, rund erdbeerig herber Antrunk. Die starke Karbonisierung stört, trocken, etwas eintönig. Okay. 9/10/9/10/8/9

Cask at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Aromas of marmalade, pineapple, mango, sweet citrus. Flavours of orange Chewits, marmalade, pineapple. Lots of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Nice.

Keg at indy man beer con. Session 3. A dark. Mahogany brown coloured pour with a sticky mid tan head. Aroma is smokey, phenols, medicinal, big whisky, hot alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, grains, tannin, earrh. Salty finish. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy malts, spicy whisky, wood tannin,. Black bitter roast, Lingering smoked whiskey.

On keg at Six Degrees North Edinburgh. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Nice head. Nose - banana mostly. Taste - plant stalks and banana. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - ok.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Has a good bit of piney bitterness, some ripening oranges, bitter rind as well, supportive pale malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with more piney and rindy bitterness. Actually not that dank. Good overall.
