Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Clear somewhat orange color, medium to full sized off-white head. Smell and taste some blossom sweetness, slightly floral, a hint of caramel and brown sugar with a touch of bitter in the finish.

Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. A bit hazy dark amber color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste a hint of caramel, brett, a hint of leaves, nicely bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle at THT. Cask 09. Dark brown with nice off white head. Roasted malts, funk, light coffee, hay, dank cellar notes, glue, old wood. Light sour and medium bitter. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Hmm, actually not bad for a dark lambic.

Bottle at THT. Cask 01. Slight hazy golden with barely any head. Rubber, butter, grapes, horse poop, sweet white wine, milky, light sugar notes, funk, rubber. Light sweet and bitter with a tart touch. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Meh.
