Aroma of malt, bread, caramel, hint of fruits, toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Disappointing ’American Pale Ale’, far too malty, where are the big hops?

Aroma of malt, caramel, red fruit notes, hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a surprisingly bitter finish. Not much of an aroma but the bitter flavour makes up for it.

Bottle at home. Aroma is funky, malt, wood, tart apples, rotten fruits, some buttery notes, sweet wine. Flavour is light sweet and only lightly sour. Body is medium. Too malty and lacking complexity and a solid sour flavour. Just very meh. Son, I am disappoint.

Bottle at home. Aroma is wood, malt, caramel, funk, red wine, leather. Flavour is light sweet with a hint of sour. Also some bitterness. Body is light to medium. Very much like a Flanders Brown. Nice and woody, but very young, I’d like a lot more sourness and complexity in my Lambic.

Bottle from local bottle shop. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, coffee, cocoa, and dark chocolate, with a hint of liquorice in the finish. Moderate sweet flavour with a pretty bitter finish. Body is medium, lacks some creamy fullness. Nice beer, pretty good aroma, flavour and body don’t quite match the aroma.
