My name is Robbie Fleming and I set up a cider and perry micro-business in 2022, Fleming’s Fife Cider, in order to be able to sell what I make each year, which is less than 400L. 2022 will be my sixth harvest, but just my first since setting up my business.

7/8/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, apply, floral, funky, woody, hedgerow. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly oily, average to soft carbonation. Drying finish. Enjoyable.

750ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Slightly hazed orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruits, pineapple hint. Taste is fleshy apple, stone fruity, tropical, slight funk, with mineral notes and some acidity & tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 02/07/24. Clear golden with a decent enough white cap, as it goes for a cider, that thins to a swirl. Nose is apple skins, herb, hint of caramel, orchard wood. Taste comprises light funk, smoky edge, apple core, tannins, light barnyard, modest acidic bimble, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, apple, crab apple, with tropical & citric hints, funky note, some zingy acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

3/2/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours spritzy clear bright gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sweet fleshy apple, straw, slight funky notes. Quite sweet, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, quite fizzy. Slightly dry with a nice bittersweet finish. Good.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear mid gold coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is earthy apple, gooseberry, lemon rind, earthy, dirt. Flavour is composed of salty, savoury, gooseberry, white sugars.pithy. Palate is sour, tangy, highish carbonation. fizzy carbpmaton.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Hazy yellow gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some funk, straw, hay, with citric acidity and alittle woody tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
