Draught from Station House, Durham. Deep golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruity. Taste is fruity, apple, fleshy, with some sharp acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Draught at Station House Cider Festival, 19 May 2023. Golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, with some drying citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable

25/1/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy pale golden with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is slightly funky, baked apple, touch of leather. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, very soft carbonation. Dry woody finish. Good.

Panda at home, thanks to Danlo - Cheers Ed, 02/01/23. Deep golden with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is crisp apple, caramel, light funk, straw, hedgerow. Taste comprises toffee apple, apple skins, vinous notes, tannins, orchard wood, light sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent farmy cider.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose white fizz that fades. Aroma is nice rustic woody apples, bark, pear, some farmyard. Flavour is composed of light sweetness, pithy apple, light minerality, bark, woody tannin, twist of lemon, farmyard, Palate is crisp, light tart, highish carbonation. Good rustic bright cider.

750ml bottle from Fram Ferment. Slightly hazed orangey golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel, light funk. Taste is tangy, apple, some apple skin, caramel hint, with some tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
