That’s exceptional. Takes me back a few years. Fresh and clean, dry resin, crisp citrus peel, lean pale malts. Lingering bitterness. Lands with style.

Tap at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A thicc opaque black brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is lovely big dark chocolate, praline hazelnut, with warming boozy bourbon, vanilla, oak. Maybe a little vinous completely on the nose. Flavour is composed of intense dark chocolate, bourbon, dark berries, vanilla sweetness, marshmallow,. Nice balance between the bitter roast dark chocolate and sweetness. Palate is lush and rounded, thicc, fine carbonation. Some jammy fruits lingering.
