Bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is barrel, wood, strong cider, honey. Body is light, almost non-existent body, flour, dry, creamy, basically no carbonation. Not my thing.

Bottle, many thanks FinnIckler! Golden color with white head. Aroma is apple skin, wood. Taste is woody, mealy apples, tannins. Super-dry and mealy, but ok.

Bottle from the mosterei. Pours clear yellow. Nose is faint pear. Palate is watery and has some rotten pears in the back. Either aged badly or started badly.

Bottle, many thanks FinnIckler! Hazy purple color with soapy head. Aroma is cherries, plums, touch of apples. Taste is cherry nectar, plums, gummibears, jammy. A bit phenolic and boozy in the finish. No carbonation. A very nice one!

Bottle 2016. Pours clear Red. Nose is cherry, vanilla, pear, apple jam. Palate is spicy cherry, vanilla apple, pear. Very good, not as smooth as some other glems. But much more intense.

Red with no head. Aroma is cherries, dried apples, Taste is red wine with cinnamon and more old apple flavours. Deep and complex. Slight sour alcoholic warmth. Soothing. Drinkable. Nice.

Bottle. Pours dark amber. Aroma is strong apple, dark fruit, plum. Body is medium, strong and boozy and sweet and also bitter. Strong fermented apple, oily texture. Almost a fruit liquor. Good!

Many thanks to McTapps for this bottle! Great intense and thick nose of dried apples. This cider starts extremely intense. Lots of fruit - dried cherries on apple-syrup. Smooth tannins, wood. Fresh cherries, intense viscous apples. The aftertaste is thick and deep, wood, cherries, dried apples. Fascinating and still easy to drink!

Many thanks to McTapps for this bottle! Very nice and fresh beginning. Lots of fruity pears, lots of nice tannins. Great body - smooth, not too sweetish, not too dry with a nice deepness. Vanilla, yellow fruit, caramel and nice ripe and juicy pears. The aftertaste has nice astringent tannins with nice ripe and not too sweet pears with lots of great flavours. Great stuff! And highly drinkable for the 7,5%!
