Description
Odyssey is a small family run brewery established in the rural surrounds of a National Trust estate in Herefordshire in 2014. We brew in a building that is at least 400 years old but our beers are modern and forward looking.

Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.

All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Keg at Trekkers, Chesham, Bucks. A hazy golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, tropical fruit taste/aroma. Pleasant enough pale ale.
