Associated Venue: Beer In Hand
Established in 2014
Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.
All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Murky orange gold with a tiny bubbled head and a fruity aroma. Fruity with dry citrusy bitterness and maybe a hint of pine

10/12/2022. Can shared with ITFCDan. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Opened with a gush. Pours black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is boozy, chocolate, light roasted malt, cocoa, touch of liquorice. Medium sweetness, light to moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, creamy, average to soft carbonation. Bitter cocoa finish. Quite enjoyable.

10/12/2022. Can shared with ITFCDan. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours black with a small frothy tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, smoked malt, light milky cocoa, dark fruits. Moderate to medium sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Quite full bodied, a little slick, average to soft carbonation. Boozy chocolate finish. Enjoyable, and for me just edged out the Cocoa version.

Cask @ Tap & Can. Hazed golden yellow appearance, pure white head. Lovely exotic hop fruit nose. Super soft palate, nicely fruity with a light bitter close.. brilliant cask haze.

Cask @ Tap and Can. Misty gold appearance, good white collar. Smooth sweet tangents, mild floral bubblegum hints. Decent sweet cask.
