Description
We approach brewing like a musician composing a song.

Each beer begins with an inspiration: from nature, food, or an unforgettable experience.

Production is patient, personal and reflective; the vision evolves until it is brought to life in the glass.

Like the song, each beer is our expression, but the enjoyment and interpretation is yours.

Cheers!

At Alesong, our approach to brewing is patient and artistic. 100% of our beer is matured in barrels and then consciously blended to create a complex and unique beverage experience. Drawing inspiration from like-minded artisans across the globe, the goal is to create beers that are innovative and unique, yet approachable and balanced. And with flavors that range from tart and fruity to rich and malty, there's something for every palate.

We believe that beer is worthy of contemplation and reverence and hope to share that passion with you.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is rich and complex, with big deep coffee, bourbon barrels, some vanilla, and light chocolate. Flavour is wonderfully rich, with deep coffee, dark sugars, vanilla, cocoa, all wrapped in beuaotufl bourbon barrels delightfulness. Just enough sugars. Wonderful.

16.9 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of tequila barrel, light cinnamon, a touch of spiciness, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is cohesive, with cinnamon and chili upfront, accentuated by tequila barrels, a touch of bourbon, and a touch of cocoa. Nice cinnamon and chili, with just enough sugars. Far from my favourite Alesong, but this is done well.

Dark brown. Thin head. Big ancho aroma, really nice bourbon note with just a light tequila on the nose. Solid, fairly chocolatey base. the ancho comes through, I assume there's cinnamon in here. Good balance, the tequila only contributes a bit to the finish. Really good.

0.50l bottle, shared with Elvis & Adam. Vinous, musty, funky and farmhouse aroma. Pours cloudy ruby rose color with thin creamy pinkish head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts faint tart vinous and berry like, following is woody with grape skin note and dry pinot noir finish. Full body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not the cheapest nor the best fun…

500ml bottle, 2025 vintage. Toffee aroma with notes of brown sugar, allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, brandy and oak. Pours deep toffee brown-amber colored with a thin tan head that has some retention and ring of lacing. Starts with toffee, brown sugar, allspice and cardamom flavors as well as having a rich, full body and spicy mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and a touch dry with cinnamon, brandy and oak flavors. Excellent winter brew for a cold night.
