Description
We approach brewing like a musician composing a song.

Each beer begins with an inspiration: from nature, food, or an unforgettable experience.

Production is patient, personal and reflective; the vision evolves until it is brought to life in the glass.

Like the song, each beer is our expression, but the enjoyment and interpretation is yours.

Cheers!

At Alesong, our approach to brewing is patient and artistic. 100% of our beer is matured in barrels and then consciously blended to create a complex and unique beverage experience. Drawing inspiration from like-minded artisans across the globe, the goal is to create beers that are innovative and unique, yet approachable and balanced. And with flavors that range from tart and fruity to rich and malty, there's something for every palate.

We believe that beer is worthy of contemplation and reverence and hope to share that passion with you.

Draft at SAVOR. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a small light tan head. Aroma was big bourbon, coconut, touch of cinnamon or some other spice cutting through slightly. Big, boozy wood with a light coconut finish.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Black with small beige head. Light coconut, bourbon, and lactose, a bit of cinnamon (why?). Bourbon quality seems average, wait, this is Heaven Hill, really?! Enjoyable, but have had better in this scope of beers.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out cocoa, light coconut, lactose, and a hint of bourbon. Flavour seems like it has a little cinnamon in it, followed by lactose, coconut and cocoa. The bourbon takes a backseat and so does the coconut. It just drinks like a cocoa-y, slightly cinnamon-y imperial stout. Good stuff.

Funny color, delicioso flavor. Mild fizz, sweet flowery fun. Nice hints of juniper from the gin works so well with the flower and lemon grass with cucumber to take home the refreshing cocktail hints.
