Keg draught at BrewDog Leicester. Light yellow and hazy with a small bit if spotty white head and a little bit of lacing. Aroma of vanilla, banana and canteloupe, a little bit of grapefruit. Sweet taste, biscuits malt and topical fruit to the fore a bit Korean hitter in the finish. Light to medium carbonation. Very nice indeed.

Draught at the brewery, 1/15/22. Moderately hazy, bright, golden-lemon with a small, but moderately-well-retained, white head. Nose is bright tropical and various yellow fruits with juicy citrus and honey-like malts. Clean and with very little yeast character, no pine, no twang, etc.... Juicy and incredibly soft in the mouth with light tropical fruit accents, a malty, well-attenuated texture and no excess hop acid, nor any weird yeast or booze. Excellent and extremely drinkable.

Draught at the brewery, 1/15/22. Moderately hazy, blonde-golden with a small, moderately-well-retained, white head. Nose is moderate pine, though not resinous or twangy, thankfully. A reasonable, honey and biscuit-like maltiness helps balance here and there's some enjoyable citrus-like lemon, tangerine and orange that isn't too hard or acidic. Still, the simcoe isn't exactly wonderfully soft, juicy and expressive (as simcoe usually isn't). No booze or flaw. Reasonably soft and with enjoyable citrus, though picking up a good deal of acidity along the way. Pine, as well, with moderate bitterness and getting a bit dull (mostly acidity, duller citrus and pine) on the finish, as simcoe is apt to do. Well-brewed beer, just mostly over Simcoe.

Draught, brewery, 1/15/22. Clear, honey gold. Small, white head to ring. Honey, tropical fruits, barley and sweet graham cracker. Floral, honey and soft, sweet malt. Vanilla, cookie. Hmmm...almost losing the Saison but not quite, with the bitterness and fruit and pepper picking up. Sweet and fruity, good, but not overly saisonish.
