When we started this company, our goal was to keep it as straightforward as possible: to craft flavors and experiences that the people of Maine hadn’t had before, and serve them as fresh as possible. Over the years, as the business has grown, we are now able to share our beers with people in other areas – regionally, nationally, and internationally – but Maine always comes first. We strive to take care of those things closest to us, and let that radiate outward: our staff, our processes for making beer, our tap rooms and loyal customers, and the surrounding communities that support us. Everything we do is in support of these things, we are nothing without them.

Can for 2nd half of England Norway. Fine colored brew and foamy head. Nose is pine and citrus. Tatsss of orange peeel, pine, lemon, candy and caramel. Medium bodied.

500 ml bottle. Batch 2. 2025 from the brewery last year.
Thin fizzy mocha head on a pitch black liquid. Aroma is a soft vanilla and chocolate malts. Flavor shows the chocolate malt base with some slight vanilla. It comes off a tad thin in body and texture. Bourbon shows a strong presence with mild spice and some oak. Unfortunately, I don’t really get cinnamon or pepper.🌶️ Was expecting A bit more, considering the Brewer and the pedigree.

Pours hazy, deep gold into a pilsner. White nitro head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Caramel aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and golden syrup front to back. Medium length sweet honey finish. All sorts of sweet.

16 ounce Nitro can from Tavour. Dark brown pour. Creamy tan head. Subtle roasted malt aroma hints at cocoa. Smooth roasted malt flavor has notes of chocolate and dark bread. Slightly dry and light in body. Low carbonation. Smooth and quaffable. Enjoyed this immensely.

Tavour bottle: pours mahogany with beige head. Aroma has vanilla, caramel, spicy rye, butterscotch, wood. Big abv well covered but still a little thick. Some bitterness and spicy notes in there. Deep complexity. Very nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is grapefruit with something that could be pith. Med body. Dry. Citrously bitter. Flavor is mostly grapefruit pith. Just something a bit off for me.
